Smoothie Suggestions:
Most of these recipes simply require fruit/veggies, nut milk and a slight sense of superiority.
- one SS packet, one ripe banana, one scoop nut butter. blend with nut milk and ice to desired consistency.
- one SS packet, one small cored apple, one scoop nut butter, dash of cinnamon. blend with nut milk and ice to desired consistency.
- one SS packet, half cup frozen strawberries, one scoop nut butter. blend with nut milk and ice to desired consistency.
- one SS packet, half cup frozen fruit (blueberries, cherries, peaches, raspberries or a combo!) blend with nut milk and ice to desired consistency.
* pro tips: add a handful of spinach to your smoothie to make it even healthier! want it sweeter? try adding a dash of vanilla extract.
Additional Uses:
- one SS packet in a serving of oatmeal. add fruit, cinnamon and nut milk.
- two SS packets added to your favorite muffin, pancake or waffle mix.
- one SS packet with nut milk in a container refrigerated overnight. add fruit, cinnamon and vanilla extract in the morning. breakfast pudding!
